RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning
Commission on June 24, 1981, the Planning Commission considered
and recommended a change in the West Memphis Comprehensive
Plan from Industrial District to Commercial District of the
following described lands, and the City Council finds that
the recommended change in the Comprehensive Plan should be
granted; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended to
Commercial District with respect to:
Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Block 61
of Showers Subdivision in the City of West Memphis,
Arkansas, as shown by plat of record in Plat Book 1
at page 59.
The street address of said property is 1306 to 1320
South Avalon, West Memphis, Arkansas.
