WHEREAS, there have been some complaints from the
neighbors in the vicinity of Faulk Elementary School
/Y1 Ob ~L.
due to excessive noise caused by ~ airplanes; and,
WHEREAS, the West Memphis City Council has been
concerned about this problem and has discussed various
ways to come to a suitable solution for this problem; and,
WHEREAS, the School Board of the West Memphis
School District and Mr. Bill Kessinger, Superintendent,
have been most cooperative in assisting the City in
alleviating this matter;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS wishes to commend the West Memphis
School Board and Mr. Bill Kessinger in their continued help
and cooperation in working out a solution satisfactory to
all parties concerned.
