RESOLUTION N0.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that some City Employees
take City owned vehicles home with them after working hours;
and ,
WHEREAS, it is deemed in the best interest of the City
of West Memphis that City owned vehicles which may be driven
home after working hours should remain within the City Limits;
and,
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council of the
City of West Memphis, Arkansas, that any vehicles owned by
the City of West Memphis should remain within the City Limits;
and,
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council of the
City of West Memphis that the practice of taking City owned
vehicles outside the City Limits should be prohibited;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
1. City Employees of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas,
shall not take City owned vehicles home with them outside the
City Limits of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas.
