BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of West Memphis, Arkansas, instructs Bobby Keen, Chief
of Police, not to sign the Alcoholic Beverage Commission
recommendation to issue a liquor license to a business
called, "TIIE PAD", located on Broadway, West r~emphis,
Arkansas.
