RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of West
Memphis, Arkansas, authorizes the Mayor of the City of
West Memphis, Arkansas, to sign a contract for $20,000.00
for the Advertising and. Promotion Commission of the City
of West Memphis, Arkansas, to pay to the West Memphis
Chamber of Commerce in quarterly payments for the 1952
Calendar Year for services.
