A RESOLUTION COMMENDING DRAINAGE DISTRICT NUMBER 6.
WHEREAS, the City council of the City of West Memphis have been
pleased with the work that Drainage District Number 6 has done within
and without the City of West Memphis; and
WHEREAS, the work accomplished by Drainage District Number 6 by
excavating, cleaning debris and trash from the ditches will help
drainage and assist to alleviate floods in our City; and
WHEREAS, the cooperation existing between the two political sub-
divisions, the City of West Memphis and Drainage Number 6 demonstrates
a new spirit between the two entities; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION I: The City Council commends the commissioners of Drainage
District Number 6 for excavating, and cleaning the ditches within and
without the City of West Memphis.
SECTION II. Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution
be sent to commissioners Adolph Pirani and R.H. Bollinger.
