RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
West Memphis, Arkansas, authorizes the Mayor of the City
of West Memphis, Arkansas, to sign a contract for $20,000.00,
a one (1) time payment for the Advertising and Promotion
Commission of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, to pay
to the West Memphis Chamber of Commerce for the 1982
Calendar Year for services.
