WHEREAS,
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, APPROVING AMENDMENTS
TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN FOR SECTION 8 EXISTING
HOUSING AND ADOPTING THE AMENDED PLAN.
an Administrative Plan for Section 8 Existing Housing
is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development; and
WHEREAS, certain revisions and amendments are necessary as
regulations are revised and changed; and
WHEREAS, certain revisions and amendments have been prepared by
the Community Development Agency as required by the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT:
I. The City Council of the City of West Memphis hereby
approves the revisions and amendments to the Admin-
istrative Plan for Section 8 Existing Housing as
prepared by the Community Development Agency of
West Memphis.
II. The amended Administrative Plan for Section 8
Existing Housing dated October 1, 1982 is hereby
approved and said Plan shall be in full force and
effect as of that date.
