RESOLUTION N0. 902
MO-PEDS AND THREE WHEELERS
WHEREAS, there has been considerable interest shown,
and anxiety experienced by the citizens of West Memphis,
concerning the control and regulation of Mo-Peds and Three
Wheelers; and,
WHEREAS, there is some confusion at the present time
under state laws to control and regulate Mo-Peds and Three
Wheelers; and,
WHEREAS, it is believed urgent action is necessary
by the state and members of the General Assembly to clarify
and put in motion some law which will govern Mo-Peds and
Three Wheelers;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS that the City Council requests
that the Arkansas General Assembly take immediate action to
set in motion laws to govern Mo-Peds and Three Wheelers;
~, AND, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTI~iER RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, that a copy
of this Resolution be sent to the members of the Crittenden
County Legislative Delegation.
