BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUIJCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS:
That the P!Iayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby,
authorized and directed to execute in the name of the City of
West P4emphis, Arkansas, an instrument releasing covenants and
conditions Second, Third and Fourth contained in Special Warranty
Deed January 21, 1975, executed by The Urban Renewal Agency of the
City of West Memphis, Arkansas, of record in Book 502 at page 98
in the office of the Recorder of Crittenden County, Arkansas, as
to Lots 17 and 18 in Block 88 of the George T. Kendal Subdivision
in the city of West Memphis, Arkansas.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 21st day of October, 1982.
