RESOLUTION N0.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
'S,,, That a Tax of 1.8 Mills (.0018) upon the dollar

for general purposes; and,
That a Tax of 1.8 Mills (.0018) upon the dollar
for debt service; and,
That a Tax of .4 Mill (.0004) upon the dollar
for Firemen's Relief and Pension Fund; and,
That a Tax of .4 Mill (.0004) upon the dollar
for Policemen's Pension and Relief Fund, be and the
same is levied for Genera]. Purposes for the year, 1982,
upon the assessed value of all real estate property within
the limits of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas; and,
That the millage levy against personal property
and utilities' property within the limits of West Memphis,
Arkansas, shall be established in accordance with the
mandates of Amendment 59 to the Arkansas Constitution
and enabling legislation.
That the City Clerk be and hereby is directed to
deliver a certified copy of this Resolution to the Clerk of
the County Court, Crittenden County, Arkansas, to the end
that said Taxesrnay be entered and extended on the State and
County Tax Books as the City Taxes to be collected for the
