WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Council
of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, that more information
concerning the activities of the City Council needs to be
given to the General Public; and,
WHEREAS, we have available in the City of West Memphis
Public Service Channel No. 19 to perform this service; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to utilize this
service to give the people of West Memphis, Arkansas more
information about City Council proceedings;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
That the City Council wishes to televise all City
Council proceedings on Channel 19, which will be at no
expense to the City of W ~ t Memphis, Arkansas.
