Reviewed Sales Tax for January and February. Revenues were down $85,032.46 for the first two months compared to budget and down
$42,265.50 compared to same time last year.
Reviewing all polices for cost savings.
Reviewing structures within each department for cost savings.
Reviewed state audit report with administration to implement necessary changes concerning security measures within Data Processing.
Meeting was adjourned at 12:45.
