AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL PERMIT USE OF LOT 1
HARVEST TIME SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF WEST MEMP~-IIS,
ARKANSAS (780 No. Airport Road);

i WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Planning Commission
,,. to allow a Special Permitted Use of a Residential Day Care facility in
a Single Family Residential, as required by Ordinance 1258 as amended.
WHEREAS, after Notice has been published for the time and in the mariner
as provided by Ordinance No. 1258 as amended, the matter was heard by the
City Planning Commission and the Planning commission recommended that a
Special Permit Use be granted to said property to permit the Residential Day
Care facility in the R-1 Single Family Residential District subject to the
special conditions as follows:
1. The permit shall specify the maximn.IIn rnunber of children to be cared
for at the facility shall not exceed 30 children.
2. Trash receptacles be screened with a site proof fence.
NOW, TNEREF'ORE, BE IT ORDAINID BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I: That the following described property, to wit:
Lot 1 Harvest Time Subdivision to the City of West Memphis, Crittenden
County, Arkansas, (being located at 780 Airport Road).
