NEW BUSINESS
The committee met to award bids for a Front Loading Refuse Collection Truck and a Rear Loading
Refuse Collection Truck.
Contingent upon review and conformance to specifications listed in bid packet, Councilor Pulliaum
made a motion to ~~ the low bid of $188,993, made by S.cruggs E ui ment Co. for a Front

Contingent upon review and conformance to specifications listed in bid packet, Councilor Coleman
made a motion to ~a,,p,, ~rov.e~ t.,h.,~„Jg~f,~,,~,3~$,~ made b River Ci H draulics-Bid #3) for a
~. mg,Re usef~ Collection Truck. Motion was seconded by~Councilor Pulliaum. Upon voice
vote motionpassed:""~'~e ~"ommiss on approved ordering 2 units at this low bid price. The second
unit will be $114,738.00, since there is no trade-in for the second unit.
Commissioners approved the meeting dates for the 2012 calendar year. Councilor Pulliaum made
a motion to keep the meetings on the First Tuesday of each month at 12 noon. Motion was
seconded by Councilor Holt. Upon voice vote the motion passed.
With no further business, Councilor Pulliaum made a motion to adjourn. Motion was seconded by
Councilor Holt. Upon voice vote the motion passes. The meeting was adjourned at 2:12 p.m.
