WEST MEMPHIS CITY COUNCIL
NOVEMBER 30, 2011
A Special-Called meeting of the West Memphis City Council was held on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at
12:00 p.m. in the Mayor's Conference Room at City Hall, 205 S. Redding, West Memphis, Arkansas.
Mayor Johnson called the meeting to order at 12:15 p.m. Cindy Greenwood, Senior Deputy City Clerk, called the
roll. Those present were: Mayor William H. Johnson, City Attorney David Peeples, City Treasurer Frank Martin
and Councilors, James Holt, Tracy Catt, James Pulliaum, Ramona Taylor, Herman Coleman, and Willis Mondy.
Absent were: Councilors Phillip Carter, Lorraine Robinson, Marco McClendon and Taz Tyrone. Quorum being
present, Mayor Johnson proceeded with the meeting.
a Mayor Johnson turned the floor over to City Finance Director/City Treasurer Frank Martin and Councilman Tracy
Catt, Budget Chairman. Mr. Martin passed out the 2012 Budget to those present and said Councilman Carter
was to pick up his budget today and the rest of them would be delivered. Mr. Martin also said with the budget,
there was a folder that contained the expenses to revenues spread sheet and a list of car allowances, as
requested.
Having no further business to come before the City Council, Councilwoman Taylor made a motion, seconded by
Councilman Coleman to adjourn. Upon voice vote, the voting was unanimous. The meeting adjourned at 12:16
p.m.
