AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 12.06.010 OF THE WEST MEMPHIS
MUNICIPAL CODE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. i '
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 12.06.010 of the West Memphis Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
A fee of fifteen dollars shall be charged for a building
permit for all buildings up to three hundred square feet of
floor space, and the charge of five cents per square foot of
floor space for buildings up to and including fifty thousand
square feet, and four cents per square foot over and above
fifty thousand square fee, and one-half of one cent per square
foot over and above five hundred thousand square feet,
including basement floors.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
