AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE LOTS 2 & 3, BLOCK 10, AVANDALE GARDENS
SUBDIVISION FROM R-2 (LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL) TO O-1 (OFFICE
DISTRICT) , ALSO KI~TGS~'N AS 114-116 DOVER ROAD, WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, application was made to th? City Planning Commission to
rezone the hereinafter described property and after notice having been
published for the time and in the manner as provided by Ordinance No.
1258 as amended the matter was heard by the City Planning Commission on
August 30, 1995 and no person appearing to protest the same the
Planning Commission recommended that said upplicatior~ be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I. That the following described property, to wit:
Lot 2 & 3, Block 10, Avandale Gardens Subdivision, also known
as 114-116 Dov?r Road, West Memphis, Arkansas
be and the same is hereby rezoned from R-2 (Low Density Residential) to
O-1 (Office District).
SECTION II. That all ordinances or part of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
