MINUTES
Councilor Robinson made a motion to approve the minutes from the May 1, 2012 and May 22, 2012
meetings, motion was seconded by Councilor Holt. Upon voice vote, motion was unanimous.
=Rub reported that she will be submitting the final paper work to the State of Arkansas
on thereat American Cleanup project.
The next item discussed was the code enforcement officer. It was recommended by the Mayor that
we t odate all .1 ou salinances in regards to code enforcem.eat and,make sure it as s i pena
wherutcQmes..lo violators,prior to putting a code enforcement officer in.place. There were several
items mentioned in the meeting that the commissioners would like to see addressed in the updated
ordinances.
REPORTS

an. - _oad is now open. Southland Drive Phase II— Staff is now advertising_for.Engingering
Services. Once the Engine ng�firm is selected they will start the design work on the project.

Councilor Taylor commended the overlay project on IVlisso ri Street. This project was f.6ast end
