Whereas, The West Memphis Planning Commission at their meeting on
July 27, 1977, voted to recommend to the West Memphis
stit. City Council the following change in the West Memphis
Comprehensive Plan:
From Industrial to Commercial an area bounded on the north
by East Barton Avenue; bounded on the east by the residential
area; bounded on the south by Ten Mile Bayou and bounded on
the west by North Seventh Street; therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan is hereby
changed as recommended by the West Memphis Planning Com-
mission, as follows:
An area from Industrial to Commercial with the following
boundaries: North - East Barton; East - Residential Area;
South - Ten Mile Bayou; West - North Seventh Street.
