RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS , ARKANSAS TO DESIGNATE CERTAIN
PEOPLE TO SIGN CHECKS AND EXECUTE DOCUMENTS
PERTAINING TO CETA TITLE SIX (6) SPECIAL PROJECT
GRANT
WHEREAS, the City of West Memphis , Arkansas , has
him
entered an application with the State Manpower Council for
a CETA TITLE SIX (6) SPECIAL PROJECT GRANT; and, under the
terms of the application certain individuals must be
designated to sign checks and to execute other documents
pertaining thereto ;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS :
1 . That the following persons are hereby authorized
to sign checks pertaining to CETA TITLE SIX (6) SPECIAL PROJECT
GRANT:
