RESOLUTION NO. 11 0 ✓
WHEREAS , the City of West Memphis , Arkansas , has been 7, 419
granted the sum of Three Hundred and Eighty-Seven Thousand Dollars ,
1.1, ($387 , 000 . 00) by the Economic Development Administration to build
an industrial access arterial road on South Seventh Street,
West Memphis , Arkansas , AND
WHEREAS , it has been determined that the City of West Memphis ,
Arkansas , must absorb any additional expense or overrun on this
Project , AND
WHEREAS , it has been determined there will be some overrun
expense;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST r'EMPHIS , ARKANSAS ;
1 . That the City Council hereby designates the Utility
Depreciation Funds to build additional water lines and
pay expenses occurred in building the South Seventh
Street Project .
