0606 RESOLUTION NO .
WHEREAS , the West Memphis City Council believes that it is in
the best interest of the City of West Memphis , Arkansas , to have all
Ordinances , Resolutions and other matters for the Council consideratjon
to be placed on the Agenda by Noon of Friday, preceding the City
Council Meeting the next succeeding Thursday, and
WHEREAS , the City Council Members feel that such Ordinances ,
Resolutions and other matters should be forwarded to their home
addresses by 5 p .m. of Tuesday, preceding the City Council Meeting
on the next succeeding Thursday, and
WHEREAS , the City Council feels the Mayor and/or any two (2)
Aldermen should be the only persons authorized to place items on the
Agenda.
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS , ARKANSAS , THAT:
1 . Resolution No . 572 is hereby repealed.

ittro 2 . All Resolutions , Ordinances , and other matters are to he
placed on the Agenda by Noon of Friday, preceding the Regular City
Council Meeting on the next succeeding Thursday, and shall be
forwarded to the Mayor and City Council Members at their home
addresses by 5 p .m. of Tuesday, preceding the Council Meeting on
the next succeeding Thursday.
3 . Only the Mayor and/or any two (2) members of the City
Council may be authorized to place items on the Agenda .
4. Any item that is not placed on the Agenda by Noon of Friday,
preceding the City Council Meeting, may not be brought up at the
Council Meeting unless there is unanimous vote of the City Council
Members present to waive such a reouirement .
5 . Special Meetings require no Agenda .
