WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning
Commission on February 22 , 1978 , the Planning Commission
adopted unanimously a resolution recommending that the
West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended as follows :
Lots One (1) through Eight (8) , Block Two (2)
of Meadowbrook Garden Subdivision be
re-zoned from RA, Agricultural, to
RM-3 , Multi-family;
and .
WHEREAS , the West Memphis Planning Commission
voted to recommend to the City Council the abovementioned
change in the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS , ARKANSAS :
ifti 1 . That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be
amended with respect to Lots One (1) through Eight (8) ,
Block Two (2) , Meadowbrook Garden Subdivision, and that
said lots be re-zoned from RA, Agricultural , to RM-3 ,
Multi-Family.
