0622 RESOLUTION NO .
ARKANSAS HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT REQUEST
WHEREAS , the West Memphis City Council has received
numerous complaints about the condition of the Access Road
from Rich Road to the Missouri Street Exit from I-40 and
1-55 ; and,
WHEREAS , the West Memphis City Council requests immediate
attention to the repair of said Access Road;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of West Memphis , Arkansas , that any immediate assistance
the Arkansas Highway Department can give will be greatly
appreciated by Mayor Joyce T . Ferguson and Members of the
City Council .
