Langston Bag Company Permission
BE IT RESOLVED, That Langston Bag Company has the
Mayor's and the West Memphis City Council's permis-
sion to extend the existing south building line of
Langston Bag Company westward to its intersection
with the east property line of the proposed Dover Street
Extension indicated on the street right-of-way plans for
said Arkansas State Highway Job No. 11901.
This is conditioned on the fact that all necessary permits
are obtained and that there shall be no encroachments on,
undev or otherwise in, said right-of-way.
PASSED AND APPROVED this Second Day of March, 1978.
