0625 RESOLUTION NO. 625
INVITATION TO NCO ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS , the City of West Memphis , Arkansas , desires
to make our City open for all state conventions and offer our
facilities for that purpose; and,
WHEREAS , the NCO Association of the State of Arkansas ,
has considered the City of West Memphis , Arkansas , for the
state conventions to be held in the very near future; and,
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of West Memphis ,
Arkansas , is anxious for the NCO convention of the State of
Arkansas to meet in the City of West Memphis ;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS , ARKANSAS :
1 . That the City Council of the City of West Memphis ,
Arkansas , extends an invitation for the NCO Association of the
State of Arkansas to meet in the City of West Memphis , Arkansas ,
at such time as the association feels it is to the best interest
of such organization.
