0646 RESOLUTION NO . 616
RESOLVED, that beginning January 1 , 1979,
the City of West Memphis pay to the Police Pension an
additional five per cent ( 5%) in addition to the
ten per cent (10%) collected from the Court until
such time the back amount has been paid into the
Police Pension Fund .
PASSED AND APPROVED this 17th day of
August , 1978 .
