0648 RESOLUTION NO . '/ U
WHEREAS , the City of West Memphis , Arkansas , has been
saddened by the sudden death of BILL DABBS ;
and
WHEREAS , BILL DABBS has rendered valuable service to
the City of West Memphis , Arkansas , as a member
of the West Memphis City Council , and as a member
of the West Memphis Port Authority ; and ,
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of West Memphis ,
Arkansas , is appreciative of the many fine and
splendid things accomplished by BILL DABBS during
his lifetime , which were in the interest of the
citizens of West Memphis , Arkansas ;
THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS , ARKANSAS :
1 . That the City of West Memphis wishes to pay
tribute to BILL DABBS as an outstanding citizen
who accomplished many fine deeds for the City
of West Memphis , Arkansas , during his lifetime ;
Ihom 2 . That a copy of this Resolution be sent to
his wife and parents .
