0657 RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, W. R. "BILL" SPENCER, has served the City of
West Memphis as Alderman from Ward Two (2) for two (2) years ;
and,
WHEREAS , during his tenure of office W. R . "BILL" SPENCER
has served faithfully and has been attentive to his duties; and,
WHEREAS, W. R. "BILL" SPENCER has discharged these duties
during his tenure of office with diligence and has performed
many services and duties as Alderman beyond the prescribed
statutory requirements; and,
WHEREAS , the City of West Memphis and its citizens have
been greatly benefited by the services of W. R . "BILL" SPENCER;
THEREFORE, WE, the Mayor and members of the City Council
of the City of West Memphis , Arkansas , pass this Resolution and
extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to W. R. "BILL" SPENCER
for services rendered as Alderman, Ward Two ( 2) , City of West
Memphis , Arkansas , and order that a copy of this Resolution be
made a part of the official minutes of this meeting and that a
certified copy thereof be delivered to W. R. "BILL" SPENCER.
