RESOLUTION NO .
WHEREAS, D. M. "DON" GRIMSLEY has served the City of
West Memphis as Alderman from Ward Three ( 3 ) for eight ( 8 )
years; and ,
'41114, WHEREAS , during his tenure of office D . M. "DON" GRIMSLEY
arm has served faithfully and has been attentive to his duties ; and,
WHEREAS , D . M. "DON" GRIMSLEY has discharged these duties
during his tenure of office with diligence and has performed many
services and duties as Alderman beyond the prescribed statutory
requirements ; and,
WHEREAS , the City of West Memphis and its citizens have
been greatly benefited by the services of D . M. "DON" GRIMSLEY ;
THEREFORE, WE, the Mayor and members of the City Council
of the City of West Memphis , Arkansas , pass this Resolution and
extend our sincere thanks and appreciation to D . M. "DON" GRIMSLEY
for services rendered as Alderman, Ward Three ( 3) , City of West
Memphis, Arkansas, and order that this Resolution be made a part
of the official minutes of this meeting and that a certified copy
thereof be delivered to D . M . "DON" GRIMSLEY .
