WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning
Commission on November 29 , 1978, the Planning Commission con-
sidered and recommended a change in the West Memphis Comprehensive
Plan from RS-7. 5 to RD-4 of the following described land; NOW
Iwo THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended to RD-4
with respect to Lot 7, Block 1, Compress S/D to the City of
West Memphis, Arkansas.
