The meeting was called to order by Chair Tracy Catt at West Memphis City Hall.
Minutes were approved as presented.
Gately reported there was 0 dismissals, 1 resignation to become Fire Chief in Stuttgart,0
suspensions, 0 promotions, 0 hires, and 0 citizens complaints.
A skid has been mounted to the 2 %2 ton truck for use in brush fires. Theskid can be
removed in the truck is needed for rescue purposes. The FD did not receive the grant for
the fire training trailer.
The another agility test will be held in late January to build the pool eligible to beome
paramedics.
The bi-racial committee has not met but a meeting has been set for October 16 and the
committee submitted minutes documenting a lack of a quorum for the months they did
not meet.
EMS collections as of 10/3/12 were$310,283.79.
With no further business,the meeting was adjourned.
