Airport Oct 18, 2012 WEST MEMPHIS AIRPORT COMMISSION MEETING
THURSDAYM, OCTOBER 18, 2012
1. A Pre-Design Meeting was held October 10th at the airport with FAA decision-
makers from SW and Southern Regions to expedite preliminary work associated
with the runway rehabilitation project.
2. Product Liability and Refueler insurance quotes were reviewed. Insurance will
be provided through EBCO Aviation Underwriters.
3. Hangar 3 rehabilitation project should be completed within the next 2 weeks.
Mrs. Avery plans to have all documentation to close out the State Grant by mid-
November.
4. The draft 2013 budget was made available to all Commissioners for review.
