AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE HOPEFIELD PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, after public hearing upon due notice and publication, pursuant to the
regulations adopted by Ordinance 1988, as amended, the matter was heard by the City
Planning Commission, on October 26, 2005, and the Planning Commission has approved
and recommended to amend the Hopefield Planned Unit Development, as stated in the
attached Outline Plan and Conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The Hopefield Planned Unit Development is hereby amended, as
stated in the attached Outline Plan and Conditions.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
