A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2013 BUDGET FOR THE CITY
OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS,AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS,the Budget Committee has recommended that the 2013 Budget for
The City of West Memphis, Arkansas, be approved as presented in Exhibit A; and
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas,finds that the
recommended budget for 2013 is appropriate and should be approved;
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS,THAT the 2013 Budget for the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, is
hereby approved, as set out in Exhibit A, and this resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
