AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE 1322 AND
SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE 1172, TO ESTABLISH CHARGES FOR
AMBULANCE SERVICE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Fire Commission has recommended to the City
~, Council the amendment of charges for ambulance service operated
by the Walt Memphis Fire Department; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the amended charges
for ambulance service as recommended by the Fire Commission
should be adopted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Ordinance 1322, codified as Section
5.60.040 of the West Memphis Municipal Code, is hereby amended
to read as follows:
The charges for the ambulance service operated by the.. West
Memphis fire department will be as follows:
A. Emergency Transport $385.00
B. Oxygen $ 25.00
~' SECTION 2. Section 2 of Ordinance 1172, codified as Section

:' 5.60.050 of the West Memphis Municipal Code, is hereby
repealed.

SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
