2319 ORDINANCE NO. ,Q 3
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 2.30.060 OF THE WEST
MEMPHIS MUNICIPAL CODE TO CHANGE THE MEETING DATE OF
THE WEST MEMPHIS UTILITY COMMISSION, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the West Memphis Utility Commission has recommended that the regular
meeting date of the Commission be changed from the second Thursday of each month to the first
Wednesday of each month;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS THAT:
SECTION 1. Section 2.30.060 of the West Memphis Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
The regular meeting date of the commission shall be the first Wednesday of each
month at such times as the commission may designate. Special call meetings shall
be held as often as necessary to conduct special business of the commission.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed to the extent of any such conflict.
