AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS, LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1075 NORTH 7TH
STREET, FROM C-1, GENERAL COMMERCIAL, TO C-2, OPEN DISPLAY
COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS, application was made to the City Planning Commission and upon
due notice and publication, pursuant to zoning regulations adopted by Zoning Ordinance
1988, as amended, a public hearing was held on February 27, 2013 and the Planning
Commission has approved and recommended the application be approved to rezone the
following described property from C-1, General Commercial, to C-2, Open Display
Commercial:
Common Address: 1075 North 7th Street
Legal Description: Lots 1 and 2, Sechrest Subdivision
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of West Memphis approved said
petition and recommends that said rezoning be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That the following property now Zoned C-1, General Commercial,
be and the same, is hereby rezoned to C-2, Open Display Commercial:
Common Address: 1075 North 7th Street
Legal Description: Lots 1 and 2, Sechrest Subdivision
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
