RESOLUTION NO. 2-022—
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 2013 BUDGET FOR
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS,AND FOR PURPOSES.
WHEREAS,the Advertising& Promotion Commission has approved the appropriation of
$80,000 for the maintenance of the roof on the Eugene Woods Civic Complex and the amendment
to their 2013 budget;
WHEREAS,the Budget Committee of the City of West Memphis,Arkansas, has met and has
recommended that the 2013 Budget for the City of West Memphis,Arkansas,be amended for this
purpose
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of West Memphis,Arkansas,finds that the
recommended budget amendment is appropriate and should be approved;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS,THAT the 2013 Budget for the City of West Memphis,Arkansas, is
hereby amended to add $80,000 for the maintenance of the roof on the Eugene Woods Civic Center,as
set out in Exhibit A, and this resolution shall be in ful!force and effect from and after the date of its
passage and approval.
