A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS AUTHORIZING
THE ISSUANCE OF A VISA CORPORATE CREDIT CARD IN THE
NAME OF CAROLINE REDFEARN FOR THE USE OF THE WEST
MEMPHIS PUBLIC LIBRARY,AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of West Memphis has previously authorized the issuance of six
VISA corporate credit cards through Fidelity National Bank in West Memphis, Arkansas, in
specific names and with specific purchasing limitations; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable that one additional VISA corporate credit card be authorized
to be issued by Fidelity National Bank in West Memphis, Arkansas, in the name of Caroline
Redfearn with a purchasing limitation of$5,000.00 to be used solely for the purposes of the West
Memphis Public Library.
NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, hereby authorizes
the City of West Memphis to obtain one additional VISA corporate credit card issued through
Fidelity National Bank in West Memphis, Arkansas, in the following name and with the
following purchasing limitation:

Caroline Redfearn $5,000.00
to be used for the sole purpose of making purchases on behalf of the West Memphis Public
Library and for no other purposes.
Section 2. The City of West Memphis hereby approves the credit application attached
hereto and authorizes the payment of this one additional VISA corporate credit card issued
through Fidelity National Bank of West Memphis, Arkansas, in accordance with the terms and
conditions applicable to such accounts.
Section 3. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to take any
and all further actions as may be necessary, appropriate or advisable to implement this resolution.
