A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE MIDCONTINENT ISO SERVICE
AGREEMENT GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR
WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTION SERVICE FROM AN ENTERGY
OPERATING COMPANY.
WHEREAS, the West Memphis Utility Commission has considered and, subject to such
amendments as may be deemed necessary by legal counsel and Utility administration, approved
the Midcontinent ISO Service Agreement General Terms and Conditions for Wholesale
Distribution Service from an Entergy Operating Company and recommended said agreement to
the West Memphis City Council for approval; and
WHEREAS, any amendments deemed necessary by legal counsel and Utility
administration have been incorporated into the attached version of the agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Memphis finds that the attached
agreement is in the best interests of the West Memphis Utilities in furtherance of the transfer to
MISO;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS THAT the Midcontinent ISO Service Agreement General Terms
and Conditions for Wholesale Distribution Service from an Entergy Operating Company is
hereby approved and the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the
City of West Memphis.
