MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTIDN_1. That Or•d i Hance Nos. 937, 96J, 104Ef, lOB3, 1101,
1129 and 1203 ar•e hereby repealed.
SECTI[]N_2. There is hereby adopted by the City Council of
the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, pursuant to Arkansas Code
Annotated 14-55-207, which allows adoption of technical codes,
regulations, or standards by reference, the new and revised
PERSONI~EL_MANUAL, 1990_Editian, for• the City of West Memphis,
Arkansas, of which not less than three t3) copies shall be filed
i n the office of the Cl er•k of the City of West Mernph i s, Arkansas,
and the carne ar•e adapted and i ncorpor•ated as fu i 1 y as i f set out
at length herein, and from the date on which this Ordinance shall
take effect, the provisions thereof shall be controlling within
the City Limits of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas.
