AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE THE LOT 5, 6, AND WEST 95' OF LOT 7, BLOCK 8,
E UGENE WOODS SUBDIVISION (Lot 5 - 125 Harrison or 310 South Rhodes;
Lot 6 - 117 Harrison; West 95' of Lot 7 - 115 Harrison), IN THE CITY
OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, a petition was filed with the West Memphis Planning
Commission for rezoning lands as provided by Ordinance No. 1258, as
amended, of the City of West Memphis; and
WHEREAS, notice was duly published that a hearing would be
held by the West Memphis Planning Commission on the 29th day of
November 1989, at 3:30 p.m., and calling upon interested persons to
appear at such hearing and make known their objections, if any, in
connection with said petition for rezoning of the property hereinafter
described; and ---~:~~~
WHEREAS, at said meeting on Wednesday, November 29, 1989, no
persons appeared to offer a protest against the rezoning of said
property as requested and the West Memphis Planning Commission
recommends to the City Council that said petition be granted:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I: That the following described property located in
the City of West Memphis, Crittenden County, Arkansas, to wit:

"'"'~`` be, and the same hereby, rezoned, as PUD, Planned Unit Development
District.
SECTION II: That the development of said property be in
accordance with the PUD regulations of the West Memphis Zoning
Ordinance and the PUD application document dated April 1990, and
containing fifteen (15) pages of text and eight (8) map exhibits.
SECTION III: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
