AN ORDINANCE TO CHANGE THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO APARTMENTS ON THE FOLLOWING LANDS: Lots b, 7 and 8, Block 10, Compress Subdivision to the City of West Memphis, Arkansas. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS: SECTION I: That the Comprehensive Plan for the following described property located in the City of West Memphis, Crittenden County, Arkansas, be changed from single family residential to apartments, to wit: Lots 6, 7 and 8, Block 10, Compress Subdivision to the City of West Memphis, Arkansas. be, and the same hereby is changed from single family residential to apartments on the above described lands. SECTION II: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
