AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE THE FOLLOWING PROPERTY
IN WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
The West Half of the East Half and the East Half of the
West Half of Lot 6, Block 10, Compress Subdivision
to the City of West Memphis, Arkansas.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION I: That the following described property located
in the City of West Memphis, Crittenden County, Arkansas, to
wit.
The West Half of the East Half and the East Half of the
West Half of Lot 6, Block 10, Compress Subdivision to the
City of West Memphis, Arkansas,
be, and the same is hereby, rezoned from RS-10 Single Family
Residential to RM-1.5 Multiple Family Residential.
SECTION II: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION III: This ordinance being necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public peace, hea safety, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and tl~'same shal be in full
