A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FROM COMMERCIAL, TO INDUSTRIAL
FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 1618
THOMPSON AVENUE,IN THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the City of West Memphis Planning Commission held a public
hearing on Wednesday, May 28, 2014 and considered and recommended a change in the
West Memphis Comprehensive Plan from Commercial to Industrial for certain property
located at approximately 1618 Thompson Avenue, within the City of West Memphis,
Arkansas and the City Council finds the recommended change in the Comprehensive
Plan should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The West Memphis Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended from
Commercial to Industrial for the property located at approximately 1618 Thompson
Avenue, within the City of West Memphis, Arkansas.
